With the complex being so affordable, I never see myself leaving. Love the exposed brick, high ceilings, and location. The walls are thin, but that's just part of living in an apartment. Great experience with maintenance and leasing office too. Absolutely love this area.

I've been renting from Old Town Lofts for almost two years. I'm in love with my unit. I've never had a major maintenance issue, but any time I've needed a small repair done, the office and maintenance staff are right on it. The maintenance guys are so friendly and polite! The office staff has always been friendly and accommodating.

Lived in one of their buildings for four years now and couldn't be happier. I know everybody in the office by name, they drop me a birthday card and holiday gift baggies, and they always fix my maintenance request within 24 to 48 hours.
